If you know that he's going to die young from eating processed food, wouldn't you feel bad for not letting him know this? Everyone would think you a terrible person and socially ostracize you if this came about. So tell us all about the evils of processed food.

I cant cook for shit
However..
At uni one of my housemates has a george forman grill which is rather good at sucking out all the unwanted fat from your meats.
I like to cook some chicken, pasta, salad and smother it in tomato basil sauce.
Not to everyones liking but i think it tastes good.

not all processed food is bad. Processed is a very wide term. Mechanically processed food is not always bad for you you know.

if you have chicken left over, some pasta; spag or fettuccine.
It’s best in a pita bread preferably baked.
In a pan, sauté the chicken and add the white pasta, season to taste, I like mine with lot of butter (I know It’s not too healthy) then open the pita and fill it with this mix.
You may add cheese, tomatoes, celery.
You can trade the pasta for rice and chicken for tuna, salmon, pork…
Let me know if you try it.
Bon appétit !

k you're either trolling or you've misread me.
If anything I said sounded rude toward you, please believe me when I say it was not meant as such.
Perhaps the "you know" at the end of my post was uncalled for.

eh? When I think of you I doin't think of someone that I am standoffish toward.
I do like poking fun at your utterly incoherent posting style though. Maybe you take offense to that?
When have I ever been rude to you before?

huh? i'm really confused now.
Do you honestly get the impression I'm generally rude to you?
Can you dig up some posts to prove this, coz I can't for the life of me think of any time i've been rude to you.

If I were Foo I’d tell you to go settled your differences in your own backyard.
Your hijacking his thread. Make one of your own as rocky something… [xeno]Julios
Against plained. I still like you but …find another ground. I think foo’s thread is interesting.
No harm.
