You don't drink enough water than. Or there might be too much beta carotene in your diet or something colouring it.

So you're seriously telling me I've been dehydrated for the last 28 years? Don't you sortof have to admit that's slightly odd if not outright impossible?

I think you two might be misunderstanding each other. Urine is almost always a little yellow, but the deeper yellow it is, this can indicate your level of dehydration.

You piss more yellow in the morning because of this.

So anyway, I've had a headache for about a week now. I'd say it was moderate, but any major activity makes it worse, to the point of nausea (especially while driving). I know there are about a bajillion different things that could cause a constant headache, but does anyone know of common things? There are 2 things that come to mind, one of which is a toothache. It hasn't hurt my mouth much, but I might have just gotten used to it. The other is a buildup of wax in my ears, which while not serious, may be magnified by living at a high altitude (fuck you, Vermont). The only other thing I can think of is slightly unrealistic, but it's possible it could be a carbon monoxide leak in the house, isn't it? Though I think that would make me tired as well...

Anyway, anybody know of anything I can do to rule out some things? I don't feel like keeping this headache for several weeks while I go to 3 or 4 doctor visits if I can get it over in 1 or 2 visits. :(

moron alert???...

Depends how yellow you're talking, I took yellow to be "yellow" and not "a yellowy tint". There's nothing to say you've not been as well hydrated as you could be for the majority of the time without being on deaths door either, it goes yellowy brown when you're seriously dehydrated btw.

It's different when your pee goes brown after lots of exercise - it's not just concentrated, you also have a bunch of knackered red blood cells and probably a bit of myoglobin in there too.
