I saw a gameplay video of it and it appeared to be very on-rails. Fun if you like that sort of thing; could be annoying if flying freely in 3D around Star Wars scenes is what you want. (For suspension of disbelief you could say the droid is piloting the ship, but meh.)

There's a multiplayer mech game that uses that pod/screen. Could be more fun than the Star Wars one; if you could figure out how to play it, cause it's in Japanese.

Yeah... also not a huge fan of on rails style of games.

Whoever made the steel batallion controllers needs to partner up with occulus rift and get some decent mech/flying sim games out there.

Rails or not it does look like it'd be pretty fun for an hour or two anyway.

Something like that would be interesting for Elite: Dangerous or Star Citizen, for sure.

I'm sure they'll build a handle on the top of it, or put it on rollers for easy portability.

Played this earlier today It gave me vertigo for the first few seconds. Was a fun experience but totally on rails. You might as well just put in the $3 and sit there and enjoy the view.
