I was lucky enough to get a limited edition 20th Anniversary PS4 in my cart before the masses and I was looking forward to dumping my hard earned cash on it. Then Sony came along and kicked me in the cunt

It's nice they'll still let you pay for it though.

Put a complaint on twitter referencing the Sony twitter account account (@Sony, @SonyUK etc). Companies hate bad press on social media and they might fix it for you.
