Bose Triport

These sound awesome...they should be called headpwnes
they were on sale for 90 dollars so i got them instead of new speakers. And a John Butler Trio cd...sounds sweeet

Yes I agree with yo and wouldn't buy them myself.

You'd have to agree +JuggerNaut+ they have a name in the audio field for quality even, if as you suggest overpriced :icon25:

The kind of thing you'd hope to get at a bargain price as here

Mention bose triports as good headphones on head-fi.org , and it'd be as valid as saying geoffs posts are useful.

not to be brash, but the name Bose is not synonymous with the word quality to people who know the difference.

I personally am a fan of Sony's MDR700DJ / MDR600.

the V600's are pretty good phones, but the DJ's are junk. they look cool though, but are a bit heavy on the noggin after a while.

not at all, i don't cuss in real life (outloud) and don't really want to type much here. if and when i feel the need for added cussing emphasis, i at least make an effort to kill a vowel. nothing more, nothing less.

Bose sound average. Decent speaker, but WAY overpriced. Poor value. If you are going to spend "Bose" money on speakers, get some Infinities instead, IMO.
