Looks pretty weak... but i'll likely give it a try anyway since i'm mostly out of things to watch at the moment.

I gave The Strain a try last week, heard of that? Found it pretty entertaining for the first few episodes; they have a nice novel approach to the vampire genre and it's decidedly creepy, so that's good. Unfortunately after episode 5 or 6 they cannot maintain the quality and it pretty much becomes another cookie cutter shitfest. It's all very... how can i put this... American.

its pretty typical stuff so far,

the 3 epis have obviosly been establishing the characters the team dynamic and the objective.

it has done a couple things the walking dead hasnt done so..
