Scanning the pages it appears they were mostly attacking Police in one form or another. Driving cars at them, firing shots, moving forward armed with a knife, stabbing motions etc. Sorry, most seem justified.

Actually, there is a plethora of cheap military camo available because of the war in Afghanistan and Iraq. Some police stations have bought up the camo to save money.

I'm not defending the cops, but that's one reason...
