In the book it reads more like she comes around to the idea eventually. But if you read a rape from the POV of a rapist, I suppose it wouldn't sound as watching it take place.

Keep in mind, these two were "madly in love" and clearly couldn't hold back on having sex at every opportunity. Jaime is fresh back from being captured for a long ass time, and Cersei has been nothing but cold to him and even blames him for being away so long. He was consumed with the idea of getting back to her and being with her and finally just takes it. But obviously that relationship is no longer what it used to be.
