Pirate Bay Documentary

Post by obsidian »

Full movie streaming below, or you can download it from... derp... The Pirate Bay.
Way back in 2010, filmmaker Simon Klose petitioned folks on Kickstarter for $25,000 to hire a professional to video editor. The pro's task? Sifting through and editing over 200 hours of footage Klose had recorded that chronicles the journey of The Pirate Bay's three founders throughout their trial. Now, over two years later and after the case's conclusion, the documentary has premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival and is now available for your viewing pleasure.

Yeah. I use their site sometimes.
But I hate their "Jeanne d'Arc" attitude.
Like they're the only brave forefront, fighting off government intrusion.

twas alright, not entirely sure it did them any favours but does show how industries police the world and goes somewhat into showing why copyright law is fucked, comes with mild racism too
