Placeshifting

Post by YourGrandpa »

Anyone familiar with the products available? I've been looking around for a device that will allow me to watch live TV anywhere. So far I've read about the Slingbox, Belkin @TV and the Vulkano. I was wondering if their were any other recommended options or if anyone has used one of the devices listed. I was looking for something simple and inexpensive to start with, as it won't be used much and I'm not sure it's going to work for what I need. HDMI is not required.

Thanks in advance.

No, I'm more into outdoor activities than watching TV.

Me too. I'd like to watch the games on the boat while hanging out.

The last thing I'd ever want to do on a boat is watch TV.

I don't have anything setup yet, but I'm hoping the company I got my TV tuner from comes through with their mobile app. It doesn't currently support streaming live/recorded TV but they have it on their roadmap. Of course, this would also require you to setup a home theater PC.

Didn't you suffer some leg/knee trauma some time ago, and you posted disgusting pics?
How does it look now? I demand to see current pics.

Obvious suggestions. But they fall short :(
Eliminating tranny wife and obnoxious kid is required, obviously.

Judging from his "gaming chair" he is obviously really poor.

There are several places around here that are boating hot spots. Where thousands of people on hundreds of boats anchor or shore up and hang out.

Yes I had ACL replacement surgery. Don't really have any current pictures of my knee but it looks pretty normal other than some scarring. The knee is doing great. Pretty much back to normal.

Now you post your pic so that I may fap.
