finaly came back up, but fuck valve.
I have all my shit set right and played yesterday, but couldn't play offline today.
complete fucking bausterds.

I didn't have any issues. I can only remember one other time when Steam gave me problems connecting, but I was able to play in offline mode just fine. I haven't had to deal with cloud saves with no internet connection yet, knock on wood.
