It's weird how the official trailer shows virtually no space ships at all.

how long before a Star Trek movie is about a conspiracy within the Federation itself? turning from enemies 'out there' to enemies 'at home' is all ST needs to be totally rebooted for the 21st century

There needs to be a Deep Space 9 movie.
Thick, solid and tight in all the right places.

Funny, I just bought the star trek 2009 dvd yesterday, and then ran across the trailer last night. I really liked it and am looking forward to the new one.

I was never really a deep space 9 fan, and had a hard time getting into the next generation also. Maybe because I was such a fan of the original. Thats why I love these new ones.

It must not be or they would be making a new deep space 9 movie.
As a matter of fact, they haven't made any movies about deep space 9.
Deep space 12 could have legs though.

DS9 was the best, except for TNG.

They both had their moments, TNG had a bunch of awesome eps that had nothing to do with anything like when picard chills with his brother or when he lives his whole life in the gay civilization's memories and gets the faggoty flute and so on... DS9 had the one where sisko gets lost in time and Ben keeps seeing him in flashes every few years.

Ehhhm, the only thing remotely interesting about this nerd fest is 7 of 9, so get cracking on that Voyager movie shit.

I like the one where the flux capacitator doesn't work cause it's out of uranium so they have to power it by steam but first they have to lift it out of a swamp with the help of a little green man who lives in the swamp and has telekenisis.

Other highlights were the wierding modules and the 3D hologram monster chess.

No please do.
How I understand it, listing things helps autistics like yourself deal with reality.

You don't understand cause I'm not autistic and explaining a joke invariably spoils it :offended:

Also, I read up on autism a bit before because of you fuckwit soap opera fans calling everyone autistic left right and centre, and nowhere was it stated that people with autism have any trouble understanding "reality"

The reality you need to understand is I made a joke and you don't just explain jokes to fuckwits cause that doesn't make them funny.

Your idea of what autism is is so distorted I wonder whether you yourself are autistic.

Whether you need help or not idk, but you do need to get a sense of humour :offended:

i am not going to lie ive liked all the star treks, and pretty well all sci-fi tv seriess lol

this looks fine and everything but i get a little tired of the color bias on everything, i am not really o fan of that "look" they do on the ships interiors now and the last one, that blue or green thing or whatever
it is about time!
