Why, because the first thing he did when he got out was ask a random bystander if he 'had any damage', what a fucking cunt.

Called the cops, filed a report. They're going to pay him a visit and are possibly going to take away his license. Or make him do a test for drivers who screwed up one too many times (which funnily enough is in the building where i work). Or nothing might happen if this is his first accident in a long time.
