I mentioned Sandy Hook because we are in a Sandy Hook thread you simpleton. I wasn't picking worst case scenario I was discussing the topic of this thread. A couple articles Ive ready suggested the mother went to the gun range with her kid. Maybe his gun education helped him aim better and get a few more kills?

Lucky for you they don't require anger management classes in order to buy guns.

Hey gwamps, I have to say, your use of childish slurs really drags anything you say down. I realize a lot of people here are calling you fucking stupid, etc. but you using words like "dicksmack" or whatever just makes you sound like a really angry 14 year old boy. It's a shame, because underneath your shell I can sense someone who is genuinely concerned about their rights, etc., but your arguments all becomes effectively meaningless when you refer to folks like that.

Before you tell me that someone saying "you're fucking stupid" is the same thing, it isn't, because 'fucking' is merely an intensifier and 'stupid' is a fully legitimate word to use in this context. What the fuck is a dicksmack or whatever? Sounds like unintelligible dribble from someone who can't use real English to produce cohesive ideas.

If I have any advice for you, even though your ideas in general are so far outside my sphere of reality that they literally appear to me as hallucinations: talk like a full grown man with children and your words will carry weight, even if they are crazy ideas.

So I'm suppose to maintain a certain decorum while discussing such topics with dismissive ass holes, that are only looking for another way to agitate the conversation and calling me a moron? Yeah, okay. I'll work on that.

Education? yes. I like how you dropped the "gun" from education. Keep backpedaling.

Education regarding gun safety, usage and storage. Testing of that education, one's ability to operate the typical fire arms and acumen. Like a driving test... Was that specific enough?

Hey gramps, have you considered storing your guns at the shooting range? Do they offer that service?

If you're shooting targets most of the time, do you think that having your guns out of your house would be a safer strategy without ever giving up ownership of the guns? You'd have access to them any time you wanted and could blast the shit out of dirt piles til your heart's content.

Sorta like renting a locker at Billy Joe-Bob's YeeHaw & Cuntry Shootin' Fest without having to worry about something at home that can be avoided.

Maybe if everyone did that, and they actually had to go and ask for their guns to leave the shooting range with them...for hunting or whatever...we could have the store attendant/manager access on-the-spot the mental state of the person asking for their guns to take off the premises and whether or not to allow it. For example...if I was working at Billy Joe-Bob's YeeHaw & Cuntry Shootin' Fest and some 24 year-old came up to me wearing a long trench-coat, shaking, looking angry and perhaps sporting a black eye from a recent beating, I'd probably not release the guns to the customer for theirs and everyone's safety...and then I'd call the cops.

It might could work uh-huh?

That is quite a viable option, if it only applied to certain fire arms. But if you're talking about completely disarming Americans of every fire arm, that isn't going to happen. The average American will insist on maintaining the ability to have a CCW and home defense firearm. However, I think America is ready to accept minor modifications to current gun rights in order to help prevent these mass killings. I think the modifications I suggested would easily gain a lot of support.

It's ok, I don't need any help in laughing at the mentality of someone who believes they need a "home defense firearm".

I say you should arm teachers, mailmen and bus drivers and teach them to shoot people. Also arm those road repair guys in the reflective vests so that they can handle any road rage shootings that may occur within a 300 metre radius. Tac out an AR-15 from Wal-Mart with a decent scope and you can kill from that range easy...just lead em a bit more.

Your "need" theory with regards to me is what's comical. I don't "need" a gun. Do you "need" everything you own? I have a gun because I can legally own one. But I realize that concept is foreign to you and wouldn't expect you to understand.

So you have a "home defense firearm" because you know you don't need one. That's even more pathetic.

You have two cars and a motorcycle even though you only "need" one. Wow, that's insanely stupid. Imagine that. Someone owns something they don't need.

Silly fags are silly.
