Post by YourGrandpa »

Post um up... We don't go crazy. Just a modest display to celebrate the holiday.

lol celebration of commercialism, etc

Nah just kiddin. But it must be hard to get into the christmas spirit with no snow. Trust me, I know what it's like to be in shorts on Christmas day, but I mean it must be hard in North America when all the promotions and ads are showing falling snow.

Maybe you drink to pretend or sumthin...

Nah I'm talkin bout the whole package: the drive to work, mowing the lawn while they keep showing commericals of some poor schleb shoveling snow, etc. I'd freak out to hear Jingle Bells with the top down at the beach.

The grass grows a lot slower in the winter time. That's one of the best things about this time of year. It only has to be mowed about once a month. Not having to deal with extreme cold and snow is also great. We're out in shorts knee deep in water in early/mid December. It only gets below 40 two or three times a year.

Nice HM-PuFFNSTuFF.

We don't and have never had 'lights up' but love our simple fiber optic Christmas tree :)

'Xmas' is an abbreviation for 'Christmas'. It's not a reflection on feelings.

Typing Christ instead of X only takes another second, unless you're a retard. Homos for Jesus FTW.

I wouldn't move north of Orlando. South Florida is pretty awesome.

I prefer 'Xmas', it's more appropriate.
