lol what makes it worse is that the coach is a mini-celebrity in the fighting game community. I watched a few EVO stuff back in the day and he used to play and do a lot of commentating (not sure if he still does, haven't watched it in a while). It's probably why she didn't quit after day 1 and probably why everybody else on the team was too limp dicked to tell him to shut up.

I don't know if any of you guys are involved in the fighting game community or if anyone here follows it all, but Aris basically caters to the worst of the worst. He's been involved in the scene for a long time, but IGN should have never chosen him for a coach...



why on Earth would you film that guy for 10 hours a day? They wanted controversy - they got it. But it's going to put a bade taste in everyone's mouth and he single handedly ruined any credibility the show has going forward. Poor girl. They're lucky if she doesn't sue cause she could probably make a case for sexual harassment running her out of the chase for $25k.

Skip to 2:00 if you want him to hear him talk about the "white woman" and keep in mind he's pretty well behaved in that video compared to his other commentary and streams. That's a pretty big generalization there and I don't know where you're pulling it from. Some guy spit in your felafel making you rage? It might be true that women are objectified in some Muslim countries (Afghanistan for instance) but certainly isn't true of all Muslim countries.

Besides, pretty sure this guy isn't Muslim. I think he's Sikh, not that it matters one way or another. It's pretty low of you to take an individual's behaviour (especially one who has clearly grown up in a Western culture) and try to club it down to fit in what you think of as an entire culture of people. lol, the real question is why being a white woman makes a difference when it comes to playing a video game and why he's so excited about having a white woman on his team for no other reason than her race and gender. I posted that video because that interview was done before he did all that weird shit posted earlier in this thread, it's eery foreshadowing. I don't identify as a feminist by any means, I just don't like creepy fucks. He's basically the incarnate of every 13 year old kid on Live screaming racial slurs. I'd like to think some people, even if they're idiots anonymously, know how to "turn it off;" but the people that don't are worthless.
