Quake 3 dedicated server errors

Hello,

I installed a Quake 3 Arena server on my root and started it. But there are some errors now.
Error #1: the ping is too high, in other games like CS:S I have a ping of 8, on my server 50
Error #2: sometimes client commands are not sent proberly to the server, so clicking shoot won't shoot (sometimes)
Error #3: sometimes the client get in endless shooting, no button is pressed, but the client shoots
Error #4: sometimes there occur lags

hide your rcon password in the jpg

try lowering hunkmegs to 256 and see if that helps.

seems like your computer is overworked and your getting system lag.
