Bah. Speed is the whole point of coffee. If i had the cosmo-inspired pretentiousness-charged energy to be fairying around the kitchen, nursing the finest of fragrant flavours into a heated beverage i wouldn't need to drink the stuff in the first place, to do other things far less suited to would-be Alice in hand-flappingly camp Tea Partyland.

I don't fuss over fragrances, I just prefer the taste of freshly smashed beans over some shitty powder. But maybe I've never spent the time to find a good instant. For me, saving yesterday's dead coffee in a separate container to be re-heated into its sludgey glory is what I do when I want a speedy cuppa.
