I was being sarcastic since everyone jumped on id for the issues Rage had, and now that another big (probably much bigger even) budget title fails I'd like to see the same kind of hate and abuse.

Played some last night... totally awesome, but it feels much more like BC2 than BF2, to my dissapointment.
Still an epic game that will give me hundreds of hours online.

Sp was pretty cool.

and for crushing lonestar gimps with tunnel vision with a good squad :)
Dident TDM in this game allow all your friends to chat and be in the same squad (e.i one giant squad not limited to 4) ?

It's still a bit of bummer that it's limited to 4 people in a squad/chat.

Not doing as good on the console versions I see. I'm still amazed a publisher like EA gave the greenlight to put the PC version as the primary format for a game as important to them as this.

I'm gonna stop using VPNs to activate games early, simply because the extra 3 or so days it takes for games to unlock in Europe usually gives devs chance to fix their shitty buggy games. It's not much fun being a beta tester.

Whatever happened to buying a Game on DVD and you stick in your activation code then play? EA Screwed the pooch when they used Origin. This sucks. I can't play my game because Origin doesn't work.

I obtained a copy and played through a bit of the SP. If you guys thought Rage was walled off and linear and scripted, you should play that shit. Somehow they even managed to make flying a fighter jet in a war zone boring.

You were told exactly what to do, when to do it, with giant flashing targeting reticles that tracked enemy planes even while off-screen. And why were we forced to select between the gun and missiles? There was no sense of speed, urgency, or danger. Most of the time you sat around with a thumb up your ass waiting for them to even let you do something.
