I assume the driver is in custody and it wasn't a hit and run or anything like that if it's knowm he was drunk? Truly terrible news man. Condolences. .

Also: I've never driven while under the influence and never will.

Charged with Vehicular Homicide. Max of life. Will probably plea it down. For now, in custody. $200,000 bail.
