I'm near Tokyo.
I was driving to work and stuck at a red light when my car started bouncing all over the road.
I went over a bridge there were cracks in it, but I was already on it, so I kept on driving.

My house is still shaking now, there have been constant aftershocks and my girlfriend is shitting herself.
My kitchen is totally fucked, my microwave might be smashed and I don't have to work tomorrow.

oh and my dogs are really pissed off.

I have packed my car full of water/clothes/food/smokes, so that if something gay happens I am ready to evacuate.

They were due for a big quake sooner or later, but how do you prepare for that? Ridiculous.

Next up, California.

the footage of the tsunami sweeping over the burbs and rice fields was pretty hardcore

saw a guy on the road, desperately trying to do a 3-point turn while the water was coming toward him

You know even though I "get" why tsunamis form, it still boggles my mind that shit like that can even happen...

Its not even 2012 yet and shits already hitting the fan.

This doesn't bother me at all. I don't even really feel any sympathy. I mean sure I wish them the best but it's just an expression.
