he's facing the death penalty n all that

correct me if im wrong but this guy is saying bin laden hand picked him n all that and with the whole war on terrorism shouldnt he be charged as a pow ?

i mean it was a war with a country and he's on charges for the pre emptive strike ?

its a war ?

i know it souns fucking retarded but get me ?

and even if he does get passed the death sentence and goes to a norm prison you can guarantee he'll be dead as soon as he unpacks his toothbrush

i know its daft but he was recruited by a man which had a war with america (the country was invaded, how can you not call that a war ?)

i know its weak but its a thought that popped into my head, if GWB wants to call it a war then call it a war, hitler killed a shitload of inocent people but we didnt kill every soldier which we imprisoned (or did we ?), they were just tools to his conquest

The US is fucked no matter the result.
If he gets the death penalty, he'll be made the martyr and encourage other idiots to attack the US (even though he was caught a month BEFORE 911 happened - how come the american flight school owners havent been arrested since they have more to do with the actual attacks than this guy?).
If he gets life the argument of trialing terror suspects in normal courts is proven to work over the current gitmo holding people reasons.

And Ill give it a couple of days until the dumb yanks start to use this to justify the whole iraq invasion.
