joe was a big quake fan back in the late 90's. My first time playing quake3 was with him on his private server. Not sure if he still plays it though.

but , He also gave a place to hang out while quake3world was on holidays, he gave us a server to play on and he did help with tech support.
So actually he tried.
personally he cost me money when i rented a server from him, He said before i could get the server going he had to call me and help me set it up.
So i took the day off and waited for a call that never came.
Next day i took the day off and again he did not call. Later in the evening i got a story about a dead dog and that the next day he would call.
I took a 3rd day off and a stranger called me at 3pm and I finally got my server.
The server was so slow connection wise i
only kept it for a month.
I found a faster host and at a cheaper cost and that became the other Quake3World server.
3 days off waiting for a phone call from VirusEater
