How do you shave

I use a Schick Quattro...seems to work great so far, except the thing clogs with shave gel and hair, which I have to blast out with hot water.

I shave my face and head in the shower with soap, no mirror, and a Mach 3.
I'm fucking hard like that.

i dunno - i tried the mach3 ultra and found it didn't shave as well as the regular mach3. Haven't tried turbo.

probably gonna switch to an oldschool safety razor

I shave after a shower with a Schick Quattro. Actually I don't really like this razor, the blades have 3 or 4 metal wires going from the top to bottom, really annoying. unfortunatly I have been too lazy to try another razor or an electric razor

I use a Schick Quattro. Few minutes after a shower, lather up with Edge Gel and shave with the grain. Have to go back over it against the grain to get all of it on my neck. A coat of American Crew aftershave balm right afterwards.

I've had the same problem with the Schick that I've had with the Mach3 though -- the plastic sides of it (on each end of the razors holding them in place) are too wide. I wear a goat, and I never can judge how close I'm getting to the edge.

I had a problem with the Quattro getting gummed up, but that was with thick old-style shaving cream. Since I've been using gel again I haven't had any problems.

I do it before I shower so that everything gets cleaned up afterwards. Also a good way to feel if you missed any spots.

i dont shave, luckily i dont really have facial hair on my cheeks but just sporadic hairs about so far
trim my little patch and stash and shave my faces ever week or so

I use the Mach 3 Turbo... good shave.

I've also tried the new M3Power... essentially just the Mach3 turbo except that it vibrates. Best fucking shave of my life.

Shave in the shower with the regular 2 bladed gilette thingy. The 3-blade ones seem to drag too much and pull the hair more than shave. No soap, no mirror. I do, however, shave while I let the conditioner do it's magic work, so I suppose some conditioner is running down on my face and providing some lube. Terribly interesting thread, btw.

You know razors pull hair more when you don't use anything on your face, like gel or cream. Also when the blade's dull of course.

I have to shave after the shower though, and be sure not to wet my face afterwards. For some reason if I get my face wet after I shave it irritates my skin.
