My system must be showing it's age because this is the first game that stutters at the high quality settings.
I think the genre is starting to get repetitive but there are a few unique sequences.
The banter between soldiers is quite amusing and well voiced "for the most part".
Not too bad a game , i am playing on the easy setting and it's WAY too easy.

My old Core 2 Duo box with an ATI 5850 was only pulling about 50 fps on max settings with a single monitor. In eyefinity (5040x1050) I had to drop it down to medium to stay at 50 fps.

I played SP on normal and even that was a bit too easy.

Got this game on ps3.

Don't even consider single player, about as bland and average as ever.

Multi-player is great. Too much fun. So far looks like the Ps3 version has dodged many of the PC/360 server issues from what I have read/experienced first hand as well.

Great game, much more cerebral then Modern Warfare 2, less twitchy.

I'm finding that there's virtually no one using voice comms, and that's a real hindrance to team play. I guess I'm just going to have to find some servers that publish their TS info, I've seen a few so far.
I think the one drawback to this game's MP is that without proper teamwork it's nearly impossible to win, especially against a team that's working together.

I turned it off after some faggot who didn't have push-to-talk turned on was sitting next to a fan with the TV on and his little brother adding commentary. My friends run a TS server alongside their game server for the clan.

My god the MP is fun! Lets start a list of peoples EA names, I'd like to start playing with some people who know how to work together.

I'm playing as Ryoki
Game is indeed full of win :D
Is it me though or is the voice comms a little dodgy..? After one or two minutes people sound like incomprehensible robots from the future.... at the start of a map it's fine though.

You on PC? I remember your 're-build' my box thread so our specs are similar...how does this game run on your setup?

I am and it runs flawlessly with everything cranked up, although I'm only running 4xAA.

So is this actually any good then?
I just got GoW3 and Uncharted 2 for the PS3 and am wondering if this is worth getting or should I just wait for the MW2 map pack next week...

Aha! Didn't know you could blow up comm stations by simply damaging them (though i had noticed it's bad when the building they're in collapses), thought you had to set a charge. Nice one :)

And oh hey the thompson gun is pretty awesome :D
