Nextel

are a bunch of idiots. I've had problems from the start with these guys. First off, I was told my phone would arrive in the mail three days after puchasing it. First question is, why don't they just fucking stock their store with them? Like all the other companies. But instead of recieving it after three days, it came after an entire week and a half. Two months later I realise that I haven't recieved a bill in the mail, so I start to get a little worried. I dial up their 'oh so great' customer care number and get machine after machine, there is almost no possible way to talk to a living, breathing person. After a while I did find out how to check my account balance and found out it was a little over 180 dollars, which pissed me off, but I paid it. Then I go and find out that to pay a bill on their website, you need a passcode from a bill you recieve in the mail to register on their site to be able to pay them online! Take note, I checked my address on their site a couple times and it's not the wrong one. I finally recieved an e-mail from them in reply to me bitching at them about not having a bill sent to me yet, now they're asking for my address which they supposedly didn't have correct in their database. How is that possible? I checked what I could on my account and the address is exactly what I just sent them? ARG.

[size=75][i]I once had a glass of milk.

It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.

I am now sick.
