i'm registering on the off chance i can afford it this year, i wouldn't bet money on me unless someone plans to finance my trip.

nope, couldn't afford the initial deposit at the time (now of course i can go fig.)

doubt i will be able to afford it.. but its better to be on the list and then cancel, than not get a spot.
