Get quaked frag video graphics mod?

watching that frag video get quaked part 1 and 2 the rail gun,plasma gun trail and projectile are much better looking,and the award signs like excellent and a new one for grenading?

I'd love to know how to get that lol! mod or whatever it is i need to do
