Wish you good luck.
In california there was a bowl weevil restaurant with bowling alleys
with a half pound hamburger and you had to fill it yourself, everything was on your table. Believe me it was a hit, a must.
I miss it.

On a more professional note.
I have been in the commercial real estate for 8 years.
If I may advised you for a few things…
Make sure all the titles are cleared. Even though you have it for a good price, may be his widowed wife doesn’t know what he owned…
If his testament didn’t stipulated passing it to his children.
The land is not just rented…
I still wish you the best. I just want you to take some precautions.
My English or computer knowledge are not my skills but real estate is.
Now you know what I do for a living.

All checked, i got my laweyer and accountant (spelling...) checking those things.
Will have a meeting with the landlord(who owns the building the bowling center is based at) once the bank deal is done, to discuss the rent.
