1 rep? Btw, why diid you only do 300? Did you actually put 2 plates + 35 + 2.5 on each side? Why didn't you just do 3 plates?

hehe well if u must no homo...the last time i benched i did 250pds 7 times and according to those little one rep max calculators, it said my max was 300. so i thought i would give it a go. i only have two 45 plates, so i put on a 45, two 35's a 10 and a 2.5 on each side...
