I'm saying that because I have items that are battery powered that take about 10-15 minutes to charge and the charge lasts about 10-15 minutes tops.

then your batteries are shit. You need batteries above 1500mAH to justify rechargables.

No they aren't shit they weigh like 0.01 grams and are super lightweight so I understand why they work the way they do since weight is a big factor in these batteries.
