I call 320kbps MP3s rather high quality. Sometimes it does take some searching though, so that's the benefit of the convenience provided by iTunes and others. Yeah, I agree opening up your jukebox software and having 1+ million songs available is nice. I guess the tug-of-war between convenience for a price and a little less convenience for free will be ever-refining in the future.

I guess there are perks to each method of purchase, so it depends on what you value as an individual. Personally I love to have the jewel case with the CD and the insert, etc. However, I do download high quality MP3s and am fine with those. Dunno...I guess if I'm going to pay for it I may as well have the CD, but if I'm just going to get an electronic version that may get corrupted, erased, or not be of the highest possible quality then I'd prefer to not pay for that.
