social engineering...

call the number and make up a story to get the info or call the phone company and claim to be the owner and make a story to obtain some of said info

Get the code of the number and you can work out which provider it is off, Orange, o2, etc. From here ring up, in a poshish accent (try non-welsh for best effect to make it appear out of town) something along the lines of:

"Hello, we (phone company) are carrying out a check of all of our customers records. It appears that we do not have all your details on file, could you please confirm your name / address"
