Or am I just dumb? The problem is:
Right now, I'm having severe problems adjusting already clipped brushes in a way so that I can clip them even more. Think of a normal brush where there were two sides clipped so you can build a small house which doesn't lie square-angled to a street in front of it.
Something like that for example : The Flatiron Building
"Clipping them even more" means that I wanted to add a roof on the already clipped brush but couldn't set the right angle for it, because the clipping tool doesn't work in the 3d-camera-window and thus only allows to clip in a limited number of angles.Of course, never the angle that I need.
Isn't there another way of clipping brushes in every possible angle there is, or is it that GTKRadiant just hasn't been programmed for such an option?
Is it normal to have clipping problems with GTKRadiant?

BOINK!
The Flatiron Building = Awesome! The Gooderham Building here in Toronto is similar and is commonly also referred to as the Flatiron.

Thanks! I'm off to do some archtitectural stupidities, THANK YOU!
By the way: I didn't know that Gooderham Building, but the similarities are obvious. Considering that the Gooderham Building had been completed even before the Flatiron, the question arises: who's stolen the idea from the other architect?

Cheers for the link obsidian, I wasn't aware of patch clipping, handy!
