You need to install and setup an editor like Radiant first.

Then have a look at the manual or google for one of the "How to make your first room"-tutorials.

When you have built a basic room, placed a light and some entities (like a player start position) in there, you'll need to compile the map in order to play it. This is usually also explained in the tutorials I mentioned, but it boils down to using the "build" menu in Radiant in the beginning.

If you can't open the archive (should be called wolftoolssdk.zip) it may be broken. Download it again, then extract it and launch the included "WolfToolsSDK.exe" to install it.

When you start wolfradiant for the first time, it will ask for an editor profile file. The file can be found in the main/scripts/ subdirectory.

Well(dont think low of me, this game is 3 bucks on Ebay, but in the country(trinidad) i am in, RTCW is 50 bucks).

EDIT: I'm sure you didn't just say that you've pirated software, so I'm prepared to look the other way, however on this forum we don't condone, or allow discussion of pirating or using pirated software. If you want to get into mapping the first step in the process is to purchase a legal, valid copy of the game. We welcome (At least in LEM) new members however you are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions which you agreed to when activating your account.
