Re: Google Browser
Google is the new Microsoft (in terms of yet another corporation with world domination plans). One day there will be the Google computer, the Google automobile, Google Airlines/Google Travel, Google fine jewelry, Google tampons and Google viagra.
Google has taken (and will take) the mantra "expand or die" to the next level. They're more selfish than Steve Balmer and more self-absorbed than Steve Jobs.

Here's a cartoon for you to view that explains it all. It has sandboxes and garbage and dog shit. Good stuff.

Re: Google Browser
Yeah, it actually seems pretty cool.
Re: Google Browser
I like it so far but have no reason to switch from Firefox.
There seems to be some sort of issue with it's JS implementation that causes it just eat clock cycles (38% cpu usage) in one part of our app (not an issue in any other browser).

Re: Google Browser
And they have a porn mode. But google calls it Incognito.
Re: Google Browser
I may try it. But to be honest with ya, I've never been able to get away from IE.
Re: Google Browser
A few more releases and I'll probably end up switching.
Re: Google Browser
If they support extensions I will switch. I didn't really like the layout at first (tabs on the top), but it gives you back a bit of screen real estate.

On the face of it you might be right.GONNAFISTYA wrote:Google is the new Microsoft (in terms of yet another corporation with world domination plans). But I bet that everything is connected behind the scene to conceal monopoly, namely a domination by someone or specific families.
I mean that Google is nothing more than a part of the giant slime which may be called capitalist union, so is M$.
Actually it doesn't really matter unless it does harm in my life via pirates of the s0uthern chinese.

Which means that google has the right to check, look at, mark, filter, refuse or remove content. Seems far less drastical than your text, especially since later on there's a disclaimer:Google behoudt zich het recht voor (maar is niet verplicht) om sommige of alle Inhoud van een Service vooraf te controleren, te bekijken, te markeren, te filteren, te wijzigen, te weigeren of te verwijderen.
Basically means they won't seek to own intellectual property of any data you send.

Re: Google Browser
i took this as a step closer to a full fledged Android platform, They are going to make a Full swing At windows mobile..
i cant wait to see a finished product, so now there will be Three choices to choose from when you want to get a smart phone again. ( considering Palm went to windows mobile )
