I'm going to be using this right at the start of the year as well. I'll tell kids they are taking this class so they don't end up being that lady.

Have you tried contacting the people who run that site to see if you can get it from them?

She's using a camera and the internet and she doesn't know what a rainbow is?! Where's the evolution in that?

To play the video, use a video player capable of playing .FLV files, like VLC Player.

To hazard a guess...I'd say this woman might be concerned for the appearance of the rainbow because she's probably seen the same "colourful" effect in oil spills...either in water or in a garage. She obviously thinks the rainbow is an indicator of contaminants in the water supply....which I guess by osmosis contaminates the oxygen supply. 
I also think her stated claim of "metallic oxide salts" being in the water is an attempt to sound scientific/technical/smart. We all know that didn't work.
