I don't know anyone who bit their nails on a consistent basis, or even biting them, period. No idea how to help you with that one.

Theres some nasty shit you can put on your fingers thats non toxic, but tastes like ass and its suppost to help.. but uh, who cares if you btie your nails.. O_o

I'm 31 and I still do it...

Someone told me if I get a manicure, that I will stop biting them. It's because nail biting is related to an obsessive compulsive disorder. We are supposedly trying to make our nails perfect, but in reality fucking them up nasty.

I havn't brough myself to the point of going for a manicure yet... Anyone want to test my theory.
