Why would I ruin a perfectly good day by getting drunk?
I did enough of that from 18 to 25 for 3 or 4 lifetimes anyhow...heh. I don't miss it but did have some good times for sure. And some bad ones. If I could stand the taste of beer things might different. I think its around 7 years now since I had a drink. maybe I should fall back off the wagon to celebrate.
I've been sober fer going on 14 years now. Just tryin to live vicariously.
HB anyway.

my friend is always like 'hey want a beer' and it's always miller lite. it's like drinking lake water.

I know...people that are out of college now were wee freshman in high school when I started here.
My how time flies.
It is interesting to consider how many things have changed (marriages, kids, college, becoming a doc, etc.) in our lives over that time span, yet this forum has been sort of a constant amidst all that.
Could have been MD one year earlier if it wasn't for Quake 3 and its ugly little brother called Q3W forum. Probably. Probably not.
