I've lived in Texas since 1963.
I bought my first car in 1979.
If I ever saw a car dealer giving away a free gun with a car purchase, I would buy a new car everytime I saw one.

So far I have never, ever seen a free gun give-away with any purchase anywhere except the internet and Michael Moore mockumentaries.

No worries. I bash on BKB on occasion because God tells me to.

actually, several years ago, $400/month wasn't far off. no trailer, or shack - real houses.
Not bad. I'm used to hearing Copenhagen prices. (Copenhagen in the millions for a small place worth nowhere near what the seller wants)

What are they now in the US? You're in Scottsdale? Isn't that fairly posh and pricey? I haven't scoped any Montreal purchases at all but based on rentals $400 a month is a bargain.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone with coffee cans holding their homes up.

no, was in Scottsdale and it's a bit pricey (was paying $1400 for 2BD condo), but now in upstate NY in the capital region. obviously the prices climb significantly the closer you get to "the city".
