About 2k for 108cm screen. But are there any probs with these designs that would make an alternate TV a better buy for around the same price?

At work we have a 3 year old Toshiba super-bright projector that uses bulbs lasting 300 hours. There's even a counter in the projector's settings that lets you know how close you are to reaching 300 (we're around 50% now).
It'd be nice to know that you can buy projectors now with bulbs that last a lot longer.

nice pick, Tosh's are nice sets. i have a 65" Mitsu HDTV and have absolutely no complaints.
if you get the chance/cash, you might want to have a certified ISF technician do a service on your set (if you've racked up around 100 hours). here's a bit of info.

out of curiosity, next time you're up off of your butt take a look at your model number so i can check out its specs. i'm wondering how many of these calibrations it can do:
Greyscale tracking *
White & Black Level *
Color temperature *
Chroma Level and Phase *
Geometry
Focus (Electrical & Mechanical)
Horizontal & Vertical Center
Overscan
Convergence (static & dynamic)
Aperture
Chroma detail enhancement, and
Scan Velocity Modulation Disconnection
be pretty cool if you could do most of them.

I have a 65" Mitsu as well. What's a calibration run $$$ wise?

This is uncanny, right this second I'm about to go and buy a Sagem Axium. has anyone got one, or used one? I've only seen it in the shops, and I haven't seen it using a normal TV feed, just HDTV.. Is the quality still decent for normal tv reception?
