1)turn off computer.
2)get off chair.
3)take shower.
4)get dressed.
5)go out side.
6)walk to random people on the street and see if they care about you having 38k posts on a forum

here's a more interesting hobby you can take up:
Place your head in a bucket of water. Count backwards from 1000 VERY SLOWLY.
