Problem in Multiplayer Screen
I recently got Quake. Woot! Ive played online a few times, but half the time when i go to multiplayer screen it says 'No Response To Master Server' Is this normal and what's the solution. I don't think i can use a patch because ive got the crack for the game from my friend so it ws free xD! So any solutions?

the master server is usually down; other half of the time the serverbrowser is broken.
try a third party browser like ASE.

I've tried ASE and Qtracker. I'm using Qtracker now...it just seems easier to me. How come ASE is more popular? Have I missed something there?

Ive got ASE and I think it is very useful. They need to put call of duty 4 on it. BTW Thanks All for help Very much appreciated XDXDXDXDXDXD
