you could never use any of those laptops on a tray table of a train or a plane. carrying them around daily would also be a problem.plained wrote:a fs 550 http://www.amazon.com/Sony-VGN-FS550-La ... B00079F7KW

Re: MacBook Air
Do people usually use the tray tables on airplanes to place their laptops on? It's called a LAPtop for a reason, no?Turbanator wrote:you could never use any of those laptops on a tray table of a train or a plane. carrying them around daily would also be a problem.plained wrote:a fs 550 http://www.amazon.com/Sony-VGN-FS550-La ... Re: MacBook Air
i doen know abot sterlizing but zeekos onto something!
i never lap a lappy
it cant be good for the yarbles.
one thing i sit cross legged alot (sting watch ur bum) and i used to prop the left corner of lappy with the palm of my right foot, mostly to lift the touchpad closer to create a more natural angle for touchpad use,
anyways after some time i may have started to feel a dull achk in the palm of my right foot!
the drives in that section of the comp fwiw
that was a long time ago i never do that or like even any power supplies near me
its prolly not a problem but no hats on the bed and all that!

Re: MacBook Air
The one usb port is the main thing that I see wrong with it.

						Re: MacBook Air
The Air seems to have been designed purely around the 'slim aesthetic', so having only one usb port shouldn't be a big surprise.

i never use a mouse on a lapE iether.
i just think a built in battery is a mistake.
one usb is kinda weak
i had hoped firewire would'ave had better implimentation but it hasnt really happend.
i can totally live without a drive if they gave me the os on flash drive

"some diligence". not everybody is a nerd and wants to bust their laptop open that way to change something which should be as simple as any other laptop.
