I am playing q3 for a while now, but still find new popular sites that everybody (except me) know about. So... Could u guys post links to the Q3 related sites u like to hang on?


And I know that probably this has been discussed a lot before, but times changes and I don't want to read about sites that are abandoned by everybody years ago, I want it all fresh

Q3W still lives though. There's planetquake.com, but I wouldn't exactly call it lively. CPMA lovers will like the Promode forums, I don't doubt.

Apart from that... not much.

Heh, was axpecting a bit more. Actually even I visit a lot of sites, like overdrivepc.com, own-age.com, esreality forums and so on. Each one of theese were new and big from what I have seen before. And I'm pretty sure there's plenty more of that, and that's why i published this topic.

There are still quite a good bit of sites still up for Q3, between mappers sites, accessories download(models,mods,maps,skins) sites, forums, so on and so forth. If I get a chance later on, I'll pop up a decent list.

These are the basic sites that have been around for quite a while, except for a couple of them. QuakeUnity used to be Planetquake3<dot>net. I usually hit the most of them daily.
I was looking through my Favorites folder and the Q3 Section is so damn huge, that I was at a wonder of whether there is someone who wants to pm me their e-mail addy, so I can zip the bookmarks up in a zip and you can put it up for download from one of your sites. I'm sure that there are links in there that are dead, but there's a good couple of hundred links in there.
