Some more notable changes:
- Tutorial mode for noobs in hope that radars will be deployed and mines will actually be armed.
- No more spamming of vehicles sitting in the base (invulnerable until used), not sure if I'm fond of that.
- Anansi and Tormentor has been "nerfed" to prevent endless spamming.
- MCP should be easier to escort.
