Help get another season of Carnivàle

Post by inphlict »

Hey all, been away for a little while due to relocation but I’m at home at the moment and I decided to make this post.

I recently discovered the show Carnivàle and have really been drawn into it, I know there must be a couple of people who have also seen this incredible series. If you haven’t I suggest you check out the season DVDs. There is 2 seasons and 24 episodes, simply an inspiration watching this show.

For people who have no idea what it’s about it’s basically about a traveling carnival and the fight between good and evil.

Anyway, I’m posting to ask you to help renew the series. There are a few things that you can do to help this show see another season. From what I understand the show hasn’t been officially dropped or renewed and most people accept that the announcement will be made in the upcoming months, probably July.

There is 3 ways you can help, probably the most important is the HBO survey located here http://www.hbosurveys.com/surveys/carnivale05.htm only takes about 30 seconds to complete. HBO is fairly considered of its viewers and who knows maybe if enough people will do it we will get another season or two.

Also there is a petition you can sign http://www.petitiononline.com/bbcarniv/petition.html

I have also started a digg ( http://digg.com/links/Help_bring_anothe ... Carnivale_ )link to the following resources to get more attention towards this cause, simply go here and click digg this story. It would also help if you register and post a comment, but it’s not necessary.

Thanks guys.

How's the move going...you getting someone to move for ya or you doing it yourself?

I helped a family member move a few months ago, the only thing I helped with was the living room items. All I can say about it is once I get ready for a move, no way in hell Im doing it on my own.

i'm pretty pissed about how they ended the season... reminded me of seinfeld, the last episode is the worst episode possible.
me and the lady have been watching carnivale religiously (no pun intended) since the premiere, and after that crap they called a last episode, we just looked at eachother in amazement at the "eh?" feeling it left us with.
it was like some pathetic cry of "please give us another season" from the writer/producer guy.
bah... they better fucking do season three, leaving it like that would be a travesty.
