Ok n00b question, me and a friend want to go to the same server (Create) that I make, how can he get there without waiting for the 1500 servers+ to load?

Find out what your IP is, give it to your "friend", load up the server, have him load the game, and in console (the ~ key beside the 1) /connect [insert your ip here]
