Re: Photoshop kings...

listen, I hate to ask this, but could anybody provide psd's of just the car extracted from the background?
I've finally got PS CS3 on my main machine here and want to contribute a couple, but I don't have time to select and pull out the car (because I suck at that part and it takes me forever).
any takers? seremcan?

Re: Photoshop kings...
hm, afraid not. i use corel photopaint, which has a .cpt native format. tbh all i've done is drawn a mask around the original car every time, then maybe flipped into paint-on-mask mode to give the edges of the mask a slight gaussian blur
if you look closely at my contributions, you can see my masking skills suck nuts

When I'm too lazy to put much effort into it, all I do is make a rough selection around the car (or just do a box selection) and paste it as a new layer into the picture. Then all you have to do is erase the crap around the car. If you want to put the car behind something, just turn down the opacity of that layer (so you can see the layer below) and erase the part of the car that you want to hide. That's how I made the Icy Hot Donny pic.R00k wrote:awesome.
