Need help to resize my quad gif !!!

Need help to resize my quad gif !!!

Its now 100 pixel by 100 pixel and i wanna have it 80 pixel by 80 pixel...i don't know how to do it, i'm sure its pretty easy...

Ill appreciate any kind of help...

Not with HTML code (height=80 and width=80), i need someone that could resize the gif to 80 by 80...

Download a free image editor (like paintshop pro trial) or use photoshop. Resize image to 80x80. Piece of cake.

PSP isn't enough. You need their animation program. Still super easy, though.
